How it started
Every year there are an estimated 240 million 9-1-1 calls made in the USA with friends and family having no way of knowing a loved one had reached out to 9-1-1. These calls can happen anywhere: at home, at work, at play, or even on the streets. We thought it would be brilliant to develop a simple and easy way to notify friends and family members when they reach out to 9-1-1. 9-1-1ELERTS® can do just that.
About our service
The 9-1-1ELERTS application (app) works on most mobile phones through AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon wireless networks with a data plan or text plan. Our service/app connects the mobile phone user to 9-1-1 services, while simultaneously notifying up to 10 friends and family with actionable safety alerts via email, text and voice message to the member’s Personal Protection Network (PPN) with a full profile and the location of the user who initiated the 9-1-1ELERT.
Our 9-1-1ELERTS service can be provisioned to connect would-be victims in hyper local communities, universities and lone workers out in the field. This service is designed for International markets lacking a 9-1-1 like infrastructure to alert private security response teams and first responders.

Our purpose is to alert friends and family members when a loved one reaches out to 9-1-1 and assist law enforcement officials, if needed. Our objective is to help individuals maintain a strong sense of security and freedom while they go about their daily lives.
